Jianli Vacuum Forming Packaging Company was established in September 1992 to meet the growing demand of the packaging industries.

Our production factory located in Shenzhen China has a land area of 5500 sq. meter with a built in 3 stories production area of 3500 sq. meter and a 1500 sq. meter dormitory. With the strength of 25 management personnel and 250 production workers, operates on 2 rotating shift.

Our in house moulds making section, specialized in stone plaster and copper tooling is capable of design and manufacture its own moulds and tools to optimize existing customer design and propose new ones to enhance cost and production efficiency.

To deliver various requirements and volumes, we has 10 automated vacuum forming machine applicable to form PVC, PS, PP, PETG and APET material blisters, one fully automated forming machine for OPS material products specialize for foods packaging and one German made,Illig machine (RV-53) fully automatic thermoforming line with in line die cut station. The capacity of one machine range from 450 to 3000 trays per hour,all machines are equipped to run 24 hours per day to make, a maximum production capacity of approximately 7250 kgs per shift.

Our range of packaging products supplied to the electronic, toy, food, cosmetic and medical industries, we also specialize in producing transport and handling trays, presentation and display trays as well as PVC folding boxes and tubes (with or without silk screen printing). In these applications a wide range of base material like flocked and antistatic material etc. are used. The thickness of these base materials ranged from 0.18 to 1.20mm.

Jianli Vacuum Forming Packaging Company is a service provider factory, we do specialize in contract packaging. Goods are sent to us in bulk and our factory packing section will take care of all the necessary packing and materials required. Ultrasonic welding, heat-sealing, hot-stamping, etc packaging are part of our range as a contract packer. Working on all up-to-date packaging request to serve our customers requirement are what we will fulfill.
